Free shipping is provided via USPS Priority on all orders over $100 to all fifty United States and Puerto Rico. Orders under $100 will be shipped for the flat fee of $8.95 to all fifty United States and Puerto Rico unless we’ve made an exception (which would be visible prior to completing checkout).
International orders will be billed at USPS International Priority Mail rates plus insurance. These charges do not include duties, tariffs and VATs that other countries add on to imported purchases. You will receive an email from us to let you know what these additional charges are as they will be added to your order.
We are happy to ship orders via FedEx three day, two day and next day, too (continental US only). Please be aware that standard overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. If this Monday is a holiday, then delivery will be made on Tuesday. If you have special requests or receiving deadlines, please let us know.
Your order will typically ship within 24 hours of the time you originally place it. Our cutoff time for shipping Express orders is 1:00PM PST Monday through Friday. Also, if you place your order after 1:00 pm Pacific time Friday, it will not ship until the following Monday (or Tuesday, if Monday happens to be a major holiday). If there is a problem that may delay your order, we will contact you immediately by e-mail.
Delivery times are calculated from the time we ship, not from the time you place your order. Express shipping is calculated from the time your order is picked up. For example if an order is received at 4:00PM PST on a Tuesday and 2 day service is requested, the order will ship on Wednesday and be delivered on Friday. Please allow for the following delivery times in determining your shipping method:
- Free Shipping via USPS Priority will usually arrive in 3-5 business days.
- FedEx Express Saver (Three Day) will arrive in three business days.
- FedEx Two Day Service will arrive in two business days.
- FedEx Standard Overnight will arrive by 5:00 pm the next business day.
All merchandise must be returned in new condition, undamaged and unaltered, with all tags attached.
FREE RETURNS: are available on all regularly-priced merchandise. The return must be requested within 10 business days of the receipt of your order, and received by us within 30 days of your original order.
SALE SHIRTS: may be returned at customer’s expense. The return must be received by us within 20 days of your original order.
